3398 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. There is expression in the 3 and completion in the 9, and neither one runs without the other. Five is freedom, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 3398 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 3398, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 8 brings the honest use of strength and the results that follow it.
The working, shown
3 + 3 + 9 + 8 = 23, and 2 + 3 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Sightings cluster around a live theme, and this one is no exception. Something has finished teaching what it came to teach, and the number keeps appearing because you have not let it end. Read it from the front and the 3 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: expression, which is a thought asking to be shared.

Is 3398 a good sign?
The honest answer is that the number is neutral. It points at what is already moving in your life. The pattern is information, and information used well tends to end up called good.
Does seeing 3398 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 3398 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
