Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens in the eight sessions? Is there a structure, or is it responsive to what comes up?

Both. There's a framework, we're not just talking every week, but it bends to what's actually alive in your life. The first few sessions are about seeing the pattern clearly. The middle sessions are where the real work happens. The final sessions are about integration, making sure the change holds when I'm not there.

What does "daily access" mean in practice? Messaging, calls, both?

Direct WhatsApp messaging. You reach out when something is moving: a pattern showing up, a moment of resistance, a decision that matters. I respond. It's not a 24/7 hotline, but it's real access to me, not an assistant, not a bot.

How is this different from therapy? How is it different from a spiritual director or pastor?

Therapy addresses the mind. Spiritual direction addresses the spirit. Personal Mentorship addresses both, because the pattern you're stuck in is almost always operating on both levels at once. I don't refer you to someone else for the half I don't cover. I cover all of it.

Do I need any background in Scripture, Kabbalah, or Jungian psychology before starting?

No. You bring your life. I bring the frameworks. Everything is explained in language you can actually use, not academic jargon.

What's the time commitment outside of sessions?

Expect to spend time on integration: reflection, journaling, and practicing what we discuss. The daily access is there for the moments between sessions when the work gets real. There's no busywork. Everything has a purpose.

Is this confidential?

Completely. What happens in our sessions and messages stays between us. No exceptions.

What happens after the eight sessions end?

You stand on your own. That's the goal. Some clients continue with occasional check-ins, but the structure is designed to make you self-sufficient, not to keep you coming back forever.
