How I Work

Psychology names the pattern.
Scripture names the war.

Most people get handed one lens. Either the psychological one or the spiritual one, and rarely both at the same time. A pattern survives in whichever half nobody is looking at.

I work with both at once. The mechanism under the behaviour, and what is under the mechanism. It is applied work the whole way through, which is why people often find the thing they could never explain sitting right next to it.

Twenty eight pieces of writing, one every morning, three private calls with me and my phone in between. We work on whatever you never chose but keep coming back to. Personal Mentorship

Four to six sessions. Daily access. Permanent change.

For the person who's done patching and is ready to rebuild from the foundation.

What this is: four to six sessions of direct work with me, daily WhatsApp access in between, and one job. Rebuild the foundation so the pattern does not come back.

Most mentorship is a weekly hour, and the weekly hour is usually why it does not hold. The change happens at two in the morning when the old pattern turns up and you need someone who can see it with you. That is what the daily access is for, and it is me on the other end, not an assistant.

Daily WhatsApp access between sessions.

The work does not wait for next Tuesday at four. When something moves, you message me, and we deal with it while it is still live.

Someone who has actually descended and returned.

Every framework I use went through my own descent before I handed it to anyone. Scripture first, then Kabbalah, the Kybalion and Jung, and the discernment that only comes from being in the middle of a real fight.

Frequently Asked Questions

What actually happens in the sessions? Is there a structure, or is it responsive to what comes up?

Both. There is a framework and it bends to what is actually alive in your life that week. The first couple of sessions are about seeing the pattern clearly. The middle ones are where most of it gets moved. The last ones are about making it hold when I am not there.

What does "daily access" mean in practice? Messaging, calls, both?

Direct WhatsApp messaging. You reach out when something is moving, whether that is a pattern showing up, a moment of resistance, or a decision you do not want to make alone. I answer. It is not a hotline that replies in ninety seconds at three in the morning, but it is me reading it, not an assistant.

How is this different from therapy? How is it different from a spiritual director or pastor?

Therapy addresses the mind. Spiritual direction addresses the spirit. Personal Mentorship addresses both, because the pattern you're stuck in is almost always operating on both levels at once. I don't refer you to someone else for the half I don't cover. I cover all of it.

Do I need any background in Scripture, Kabbalah, or Jungian psychology before starting?

No. You bring your life. I bring the frameworks. Everything is explained in language you can actually use, not academic jargon.

What if I'm not sure whether I need The Clean Fire or full Mentorship?

Start with a free fifteen minute call. One hour will make it clear what level of work you actually need, and where to go next.

What's the time commitment outside of sessions?

Expect to spend some time on it between sessions. Write things down, try the thing we talked about, and notice what happens when you do. The daily access exists for the moments in between when something actually moves. There is no busywork in it.

Is this confidential?

Completely. What happens in our sessions and messages stays between us. No exceptions.

What happens after the sessions end?

You stand on your own. That's the goal. Some clients continue with occasional check-ins, but the structure is designed to make you self-sufficient, not to keep you coming back forever.
