Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information felixamadeus.com collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to the website, the numerology readings, the sessions, the mentorship programs and the book orders.

1. Who is responsible

The responsible party is Felix Amadeus, operating felixamadeus.com. Contact for all privacy matters: felix@felixamadeus.com.

2. What we collect

• What you give us: your name, your email address and, for numerology readings, your date of birth. The readings are calculated from these details, so they are necessary to deliver the service.
• What forms collect: messages you send through contact, application and intake forms, and any notes you choose to share in sessions.
• Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our systems.
• Email: transactional and follow-up emails are sent through our email provider. Every automated email has an unsubscribe link that stops all future automated sends immediately.
• Basic traffic data: the site registers which pages are visited, in aggregate, to understand what is useful. No advertising trackers run on this site.

3. Why we use it

To deliver what you order, to send the readings and books you buy, to answer you, and, if you opted in, to send emails about the work. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Reading details and order records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service and meet accounting obligations. You can ask to have your details removed at any time.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its use. Email felix@felixamadeus.com and it will be handled promptly.

6. Processors

Hosting and order processing run through trusted providers (Netlify for the website, Stripe for payments, our email provider for delivery). They process data only to perform their part of the service.
