Once you notice 1889, it shows up everywhere: a phone lock screen and a licence plate. What you are dealing with is initiation from the 1 and power from the 8, and they arrive together. The total lands on 8 as well, so look at where you have been waiting for permission you already have.
What 1889 means
The 8 governs authority, ambition and the honest use of strength, especially around work and money. When a number reduces to 8, you likely have more leverage in a situation than you're currently using.
Inside 1889, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 8 adds the honest use of strength and the results that follow it. The 9 brings the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open.
The working, shown
1 + 8 + 8 + 9 = 26, and 2 + 6 = 8.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. Something in the material layer, money and work and cause and effect, is out of balance, and the sightings arrive near the evidence. The number opens with the 1, and everything after it borrows that tone: a beginning that has not been given a name yet.
