What is inside
- Twenty eight days, one entry each, in four blocks: the pattern seen, desire and the will, the turn, the life after.
- A practice every day, and it's short on purpose. Three sentences written badly are worth more than three pages written to impress someone.
- A Scripture every day, something to stand on while you're in the middle of it.
- A long entry each morning: the teaching, a self inventory, and something to do in your actual life that day.
- A personal morning prayer at seven and an evening prayer at nine, written from your own answers.

Honest about who this is for
This is for you if you want to start now, on your own, and you're willing to write the true answer instead of the good one. It's also for you if the full program isn't possible this month, whether that's money, timing, or not wanting to be seen yet.
It's not for you if what you actually need is someone in the room who notices when you go quiet. That's what the calls are for, and I'd rather say that here than take your money for the wrong thing.
Questions
Is this the same material as the full program?
Yes, the twenty eight days are the same. What you don't get is me. The three calls, the WhatsApp access, and the profile work I do with you during the month.
How long does a day take?
Ten to fifteen minutes of reading and writing. Some days take longer because the question lands harder than you expected, and that's fine. Stay on those for two days. The days don't expire.
When does it start?
The moment you decide. There's no cohort and no start date. Read day one on the day you begin.
