The sightings of 9906 pile up: a till display and a door number. The 9 is completion and the 6 is care, which means both are live at once. The zero turns the volume up on both. The total lands on 6 as well, so notice whose problem you are carrying that is not yours to carry.
What 9906 means
The 6 carries responsibility, home and care, the numbers of the people you look after and the people who look after you. When a number reduces to 6, attention is being asked for, usually closer to home than you expect.
Inside 9906, the 9 carries the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 6 adds home, and the people who depend on you. The 0 makes everything louder, because it adds no message of its own.
The working, shown
9 + 9 + 0 + 6 = 24, and 2 + 4 = 6.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. The theme is home and carrying: something about how you hold the people you love is live right now. Read it from the front and the 9 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: a chapter closing so a cleaner one can open.

Is 9906 a good sign?
The honest answer is that the number is neutral. It points at what is already moving in your life. The pattern is information, and information used well tends to end up called good.
Does seeing 9906 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 9906 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
