9878 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. The 9 is completion and the 8 is power, which means both are live at once. Five is freedom, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 9878 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 9878, the 9 carries the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 8 adds the honest use of strength and the results that follow it. The 7 brings the answer that arrives once the noise drops.
The working, shown
9 + 8 + 7 + 8 = 32, and 3 + 2 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. A change is already moving under the surface, and the sightings arrive when you grip the old shape harder. The final digit is the 8, where the message lands: the honest use of power.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 9878 shows up
Change one routine that has become a cage, this week, not someday. One more prompt, from the 8 this time. Is your power flowing both ways, out and back? Tell one person what you decided, so it has a witness.

Is 9878 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 9878 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 9878 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
