It's 9764 again: an order number and a lift display. What you are dealing with is completion from the 9 and wisdom from the 7, and they arrive together. Eight is power, so look at where you have been waiting for permission you already have.
What 9764 means
The 8 governs authority, ambition and the honest use of strength, especially around work and money. When a number reduces to 8, you likely have more leverage in a situation than you're currently using.
Inside 9764, the 9 carries the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 7 adds the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you.
The working, shown
9 + 7 + 6 + 4 = 26, and 2 + 6 = 8.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Numbers repeat when a theme refuses to stay quiet. Something in the material layer, money and work and cause and effect, is out of balance, and the sightings arrive near the evidence. The final digit is the 4, where the message lands: work that holds other things up.

Is 9764 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 9764 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 9764 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
