9398 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. The 9 pushes completion and the 3 pushes expression, and they land in the same days. Eleven is intuition at full volume, so write down the first answer you had before you talked yourself out of it.
What 9398 means
11 is a master number: intuition running at a higher volume than the ordinary 2 it's built from. It carries insight that arrives faster than logic can explain it. When a number reduces to 11, your instincts deserve more weight than your second-guessing.
Inside 9398, the 9 carries the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 3 adds the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 8 brings the honest use of strength and the results that follow it.
The working, shown
9 + 3 + 9 + 8 = 29, and 2 + 9 = 11. 11 is a master number, so it keeps its full strength here.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Sightings cluster around a live theme, and this one is no exception. A master frequency like this one shows up when perception sharpens, and the number keeps arriving while you talk yourself out of what you perceive. The lead digit is the 9, and it frames what follows: a chapter closing so a cleaner one can open.

Is 9398 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 9398 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 9398 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
