It's 9164 again: an order number and a lift display. The 9 is completion and the 1 is initiation, which means both are live at once. Two is balance, so look at who you are waiting on and whether the waiting still pays.
What 9164 means
The 2 governs partnership, patience and the quiet mechanics of things aligning without being forced. It's the least dramatic of the numbers and the most misunderstood, because patience looks like nothing is happening. When a number reduces to 2, it usually means something is in motion that doesn't yet need your intervention.
Inside 9164, the 9 carries the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 1 adds the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you.
The working, shown
9 + 1 + 6 + 4 = 20, and 2 + 0 = 2.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
A repeating number is an attention marker, and this one is marking something specific. A partnership or a timing question is live right now, and it needs two people at the same table. It closes on the 4, where the message lands: work that holds other things up.

Is 9164 a good sign?
The honest answer is that the number is neutral. It points at what is already moving in your life. The pattern is information, and information used well tends to end up called good.
Does seeing 9164 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 9164 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
