8625 arrives in the middle of a normal day: a shop window and an invoice. The 8 is power and the 6 is care, which means both are live at once. Three is expression, so say the thing you have been drafting in your head out loud to one person.
What 8625 means
The 3 is expression: the point where a private thought becomes something shared. It carries creativity, humor and voice. When a number reduces to 3, something you've been holding privately, an idea, an opinion, a piece of work, is ready to be spoken or shown, whether or not it feels finished.
Inside 8625, the 8 carries the honest use of strength and the results that follow it. The 6 adds home, and the people who depend on you. The 2 brings patience with timing that can't be forced.
The working, shown
8 + 6 + 2 + 5 = 21, and 2 + 1 = 3.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. The theme is visibility: something you make or feel wants to be seen, and the number appears when you hide it again. It closes on the 5, where the message lands: movement, once a routine has finished teaching you.

Is 8625 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 8625 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 8625 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
