7980 keeps showing up: a receipt and a clock. What you're dealing with is depth from the 7 and completion from the 9, and they arrive together. The zero turns the volume up on both. Six is responsibility, so notice whose problem you're carrying that isn't yours to carry.
What 7980 means
The 6 carries responsibility, home and care, the numbers of the people you look after and the people who look after you. When a number reduces to 6, attention is being asked for, usually closer to home than you expect.
Inside 7980, the 7 brings depth, the answer that only shows up once the noise drops; the 9 adds completion, the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open; the 8 adds authority, the honest use of strength and the results that follow direct action. The 0 in the sequence works like a volume knob: it doesn't add its own message, it turns up whatever digit sits beside it.
The working, shown
7 + 9 + 8 + 0 = 24, and 2 + 4 = 6.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. Care has started tilting somewhere, toward control, toward worry, toward everyone except the person right in front of you. Note where it ends, on the 0, potential: the point before beginning, unity, the source that amplifies whatever stands next to it. That zero is where the message leaves the page and turns into something you do.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 7980 shows up
Rebalance the care: put back something you've been spending on everyone else. And answer the question the 0 keeps asking: what in your life has not started yet? The reading matters less than the response. Pick one response and do it inside seven days, because the number stops being useful once you've acted on it.

Is 7980 a good sign?
It's good news in the most useful sense: something in your life is ready for your attention right now, and the number arrives while you can still steer. A sighting is an invitation, not a verdict. What it points at is already yours to shape, and that's exactly why it shows up when you're able to shape it.
Does seeing 7980 mean my wish will come true?
The number does something better than granting wishes: it shows you what your heart was hoping for at the exact moment you noticed it. A hope you can see clearly is already becoming a choice, and a choice is how wishes actually come true. Notice what you were wanting, then give it one honest step this week.
Is 7980 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment, your attention, what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you're working with underneath the weather of any single day.
