7398 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. What you are dealing with is wisdom from the 7 and expression from the 3, and they arrive together. The total lands on 9 as well, so finish the one thing that has been sitting at ninety percent.
What 7398 means
The 9 is completion: the closing of a chapter to make space for something that could not exist while the old one was still open. When a number reduces to 9, something in your life is finished, even if you've not formally closed it.
Inside 7398, the 7 carries the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 3 adds the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 9 brings the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open.
The working, shown
7 + 3 + 9 + 8 = 27, and 2 + 7 = 9.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
A repeating number is an attention marker, and this one is marking something specific. An ending is asking to be named, and the sightings cluster around the thing you keep half closing. Note where it ends, on the 8: the honest use of power.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 7398 shows up
Name the ending out loud, to yourself or to someone else, and feel the space it makes. Ask yourself what the 8 wants known right now. Is your power flowing both ways, out and back? Answer it once, then leave the pattern alone and watch what it does.

Is 7398 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 7398 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 7398 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
