7368 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. The 7 pushes wisdom and the 3 pushes expression, and they land in the same days. The total lands on 6 as well, so notice whose problem you are carrying that is not yours to carry.
What 7368 means
The 6 carries responsibility, home and care, the numbers of the people you look after and the people who look after you. When a number reduces to 6, attention is being asked for, usually closer to home than you expect.
Inside 7368, the 7 carries the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 3 adds the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you.
The working, shown
7 + 3 + 6 + 8 = 24, and 2 + 4 = 6.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. Someone in your life needs more presence than they are asking for out loud, and the number keeps catching you near it. Read it from the front and the 7 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: depth that arrives when the noise stops.

Is 7368 a good sign?
The honest answer is that the number is neutral. It points at what is already moving in your life. The pattern is information, and information used well tends to end up called good.
Does seeing 7368 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 7368 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
