The sightings of 7196 pile up: a till display and a door number. The 7 brings wisdom and the 1 brings initiation, and most of what this number asks of you sits where those two meet. Five is freedom, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 7196 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 7196, the 7 carries the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 1 adds the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 9 brings the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open.
The working, shown
7 + 1 + 9 + 6 = 23, and 2 + 3 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. Something has finished teaching what it came to teach, and the number keeps appearing because you have not let it end. Read it from the front and the 7 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: depth that arrives when the noise stops.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 7196 shows up
Loosen the grip on one thing that finished teaching you, and let it go with dignity. Ask yourself what the 7 wants known right now. Which hours of your week actually belong to thinking? Tell one person what you decided, so it has a witness.

Is 7196 a good sign?
The honest answer is that the number is neutral. It points at what is already moving in your life. The pattern is information, and information used well tends to end up called good.
Does seeing 7196 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
