It's 7164 again: an order number and a lift display. There is wisdom in the 7 and initiation in the 1, and neither one runs without the other. Nine is completion, so finish the one thing that has been sitting at ninety percent.
What 7164 means
The 9 is completion: the closing of a chapter to make space for something that could not exist while the old one was still open. When a number reduces to 9, something in your life is finished, even if you've not formally closed it.
Inside 7164, the 7 carries the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 1 adds the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you.
The working, shown
7 + 1 + 6 + 4 = 18, and 1 + 8 = 9.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. An ending is asking to be named, and the sightings cluster around the thing you keep half closing. The final digit is the 4, where the message lands: work that holds other things up.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 7164 shows up
Name the ending out loud, to yourself or to someone else, and feel the space it makes. Ask yourself what the 4 wants known right now. Which layer of your life is thinnest right now? Decide one thing about it today, and act on it before the week ends.

Is 7164 a good sign?
It is a message about attention, and it says nothing final about your future. A number can point at a beginning, a warning, or a closing chapter, and none of those are automatically good or bad. What matters is what you do with the pattern it names.
Does seeing 7164 mean my wish will come true?
The wish fulfillment reading is the one to let go of first. A repeating number is a prompt toward clarity, and clarity followed by a decision beats waiting for an outcome every time.
Is 7164 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
