5991 turns up where you weren't looking for it: a queue ticket and a bank statement. What you are dealing with is freedom from the 5 and completion from the 9, and they arrive together. Six is care, so notice whose problem you are carrying that is not yours to carry.
What 5991 means
The 6 carries responsibility, home and care, the numbers of the people you look after and the people who look after you. When a number reduces to 6, attention is being asked for, usually closer to home than you expect.
Inside 5991, the 5 carries the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 1 brings the spark of a beginning before it has a structure.
The working, shown
5 + 9 + 9 + 1 = 24, and 2 + 4 = 6.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
A repeating number is an attention marker, and this one is marking something specific. The theme is home and carrying: something about how you hold the people you love is live right now. Read it from the front and the 5 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: movement, once a routine has finished teaching you.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 5991 shows up
Give one person your full undistracted attention, with no phone and no half listening. The 5 in the number asks you this. What are you gripping that you'd be relieved to let go of? Give it one real hour, and let the rest of the week stay as it is.

Is 5991 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 5991 mean my wish will come true?
The wish fulfillment reading is the one to let go of first. A repeating number is a prompt toward clarity, and clarity followed by a decision beats waiting for an outcome every time.
Is 5991 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
