5788 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. What you are dealing with is freedom from the 5 and wisdom from the 7, and they arrive together. One is initiation, so name the thing you keep postponing and give it a first hour this week.
What 5788 means
The 1 is the number of pure initiation, the self before it becomes a structure. It isn't a habit yet, and it isn't a relationship yet either. It's a decision, made or waiting to be made. When a number reduces to 1, the message is rarely subtle: something in your life is at the very beginning of its arc, and the only person who can move it forward is you.
Inside 5788, the 5 carries the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you. The 7 adds the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 8 brings the honest use of strength and the results that follow it.
The working, shown
5 + 7 + 8 + 8 = 28, 2 + 8 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
A number keeps arriving until the theme it names gets an honest look. The theme underneath is self-direction: your life is asking what you want, not what everyone else needs from you. The lead digit is the 5, and it frames what follows: movement, once a routine has finished teaching you.

Is 5788 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 5788 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 5788 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
