The sightings of 5006 pile up: a till display and a door number. The 5 is freedom and the 6 is care, which means both are live at once. The zero turns the volume up on both. Eleven is intuition at full volume, so write down the first answer you had before you talked yourself out of it.
What 5006 means
11 is a master number: intuition running at a higher volume than the ordinary 2 it's built from. It carries insight that arrives faster than logic can explain it. When a number reduces to 11, your instincts deserve more weight than your second-guessing.
Inside 5006, the 5 carries the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you. The 6 adds home, and the people who depend on you. The 0 does not speak for itself. It turns up the digit next to it.
The working, shown
5 + 0 + 0 + 6 = 11. 11 is a master number, so it keeps its full strength here.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. The theme is illumination: something is being shown to you clearly, and the pattern repeats because you keep dimming it. The lead digit is the 5, and it frames what follows: movement, once a routine has finished teaching you.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 5006 shows up
Act once on the intuitive hit before the logic talks you out of it, then review what happened. The 5 in the number asks you this. What are you gripping that you'd be relieved to let go of? Give it one real hour, and let the rest of the week stay as it is.

Is 5006 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 5006 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 5006 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
