It's 4964 again: an order number and a lift display. The 4 is foundation and the 9 is completion, which means both are live at once. Five is freedom, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 4964 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 4964, the 4 carries the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you.
The working, shown
4 + 9 + 6 + 4 = 23, and 2 + 3 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. The theme is movement: part of you needs more space than its current container allows. The lead digit is the 4, and it frames what follows: work that holds other things up.

Is 4964 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 4964 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 4964 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
