The sightings of 4906 pile up: a till display and a door number. What you are dealing with is foundation from the 4 and completion from the 9, and they arrive together. The zero turns the volume up on both. One is initiation, so name the thing you keep postponing and give it a first hour this week.
What 4906 means
The 1 is the number of pure initiation, the self before it becomes a structure. It isn't a habit yet, and it isn't a relationship yet either. It's a decision, made or waiting to be made. When a number reduces to 1, the message is rarely subtle: something in your life is at the very beginning of its arc, and the only person who can move it forward is you.
Inside 4906, the 4 carries the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you. A zero in the sequence works as volume, so whatever sits beside it arrives twice as loud.
The working, shown
4 + 9 + 0 + 6 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The pattern has a habitat, and yours is telling. A new start keeps presenting itself and keeps getting deferred, and the number has noticed. The lead digit is the 4, and it frames what follows: work that holds other things up.

Is 4906 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 4906 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 4906 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
