It's 4904 again: an order number and a lift display. The 4 pushes foundation and the 9 pushes completion, and they land in the same days. The zero turns the volume up on both. Eight is power, so look at where you have been waiting for permission you already have.
What 4904 means
The 8 governs authority, ambition and the honest use of strength, especially around work and money. When a number reduces to 8, you likely have more leverage in a situation than you're currently using.
Inside 4904, the 4 carries the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 0 does not speak for itself. It turns up the digit next to it.
The working, shown
4 + 9 + 0 + 4 = 17, and 1 + 7 = 8.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Sightings cluster around a live theme, and this one is no exception. The theme is harvest: effort that has been spent and what it actually bought wants an honest audit. Read it from the front and the 4 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: work that holds other things up.

Is 4904 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 4904 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 4904 connected to my Life Path number?
The two work at different levels. A sighting is about attention in the present. Your core numbers come from your full name and date of birth, and they describe the architecture underneath.
