It's 3984 again: an order number and a lift display. The 3 is expression and the 9 is completion, which means both are live at once. Six is care, so notice whose problem you are carrying that is not yours to carry.
What 3984 means
The 6 carries responsibility, home and care, the numbers of the people you look after and the people who look after you. When a number reduces to 6, attention is being asked for, usually closer to home than you expect.
Inside 3984, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 8 brings the honest use of strength and the results that follow it.
The working, shown
3 + 9 + 8 + 4 = 24, and 2 + 4 = 6.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
There is usually a live question underneath a sighting like this. Someone in your life needs more presence than they are asking for out loud, and the number keeps catching you near it. Read it from the front and the 3 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: expression, which is a thought asking to be shared.

Is 3984 a good sign?
It is a message about attention, and it says nothing final about your future. A number can point at a beginning, a warning, or a closing chapter, and none of those are automatically good or bad. What matters is what you do with the pattern it names.
Does seeing 3984 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 3984 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
