The sightings of 3646 pile up: a till display and a door number. What you are dealing with is expression from the 3 and care from the 6, and they arrive together. One is initiation, so name the thing you keep postponing and give it a first hour this week.
What 3646 means
The 1 is the number of pure initiation, the self before it becomes a structure. It isn't a habit yet, and it isn't a relationship yet either. It's a decision, made or waiting to be made. When a number reduces to 1, the message is rarely subtle: something in your life is at the very beginning of its arc, and the only person who can move it forward is you.
Inside 3646, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 6 adds home, and the people who depend on you. The 4 brings the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts.
The working, shown
3 + 6 + 4 + 6 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
There is usually a live question underneath a sighting like this. The theme underneath is self-direction: your life is asking what you want, not what everyone else needs from you. Note where it ends, on the 6: care for the people who depend on you.

Is 3646 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 3646 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 3646 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
