3423 finds you in ordinary places: a screen and a parking ticket. The 3 brings expression and the 4 brings foundation, and most of what this number asks of you sits where those two meet. The total lands on 3 as well, so say the thing you have been drafting in your head out loud to one person.
What 3423 means
The 3 is expression: the point where a private thought becomes something shared. It carries creativity, humor and voice. When a number reduces to 3, something you've been holding privately, an idea, an opinion, a piece of work, is ready to be spoken or shown, whether or not it feels finished.
Inside 3423, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 4 adds the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts. The 2 brings patience with timing that can't be forced.
The working, shown
3 + 4 + 2 + 3 = 12, and 1 + 2 = 3.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Sightings cluster around a live theme, and this one is no exception. A creative or expressive impulse keeps knocking, and keeps getting postponed by practicality. The number opens with the 3, and everything after it borrows that tone: expression, which is a thought asking to be shared.

Is 3423 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 3423 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 3423 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
