You've seen 3207 twice today already: a bus number and an email subject line. The 3 is expression and the 2 is balance, which means both are live at once. The zero turns the volume up on both. The total lands on 3 as well, so say the thing you have been drafting in your head out loud to one person.
What 3207 means
The 3 is expression: the point where a private thought becomes something shared. It carries creativity, humor and voice. When a number reduces to 3, something you've been holding privately, an idea, an opinion, a piece of work, is ready to be spoken or shown, whether or not it feels finished.
Inside 3207, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 2 adds patience with timing that can't be forced. The 7 brings the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 0 does not speak for itself. It turns up the digit next to it.
The working, shown
3 + 2 + 0 + 7 = 12, and 1 + 2 = 3.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The season explains more of this than the number does. The theme is visibility: something you make or feel wants to be seen, and the number appears when you hide it again. Note where it ends, on the 7: depth that arrives when the noise stops.

Is 3207 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 3207 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 3207 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
