The sightings of 3016 pile up: a till display and a door number. What you are dealing with is expression from the 3 and initiation from the 1, and they arrive together. The zero turns the volume up on both. The total lands on 1 as well, so name the thing you keep postponing and give it a first hour this week.
What 3016 means
The 1 is the number of pure initiation, the self before it becomes a structure. It isn't a habit yet, and it isn't a relationship yet either. It's a decision, made or waiting to be made. When a number reduces to 1, the message is rarely subtle: something in your life is at the very beginning of its arc, and the only person who can move it forward is you.
Inside 3016, the 3 carries the point where a private thought becomes something shared. The 1 adds the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 6 brings home, and the people who depend on you. The 0 does not speak for itself. It turns up the digit next to it.
The working, shown
3 + 0 + 1 + 6 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. Something is asking for a decision you keep postponing, a direction you have not let yourself choose. It closes on the 6, where the message lands: care for the people who depend on you.

Your assignment when 3016 shows up

Is 3016 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 3016 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 3016 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
