The sightings of 2946 pile up: a till display and a door number. What you are dealing with is balance from the 2 and completion from the 9, and they arrive together. Three is expression, so say the thing you have been drafting in your head out loud to one person.
What 2946 means
The 3 is expression: the point where a private thought becomes something shared. It carries creativity, humor and voice. When a number reduces to 3, something you've been holding privately, an idea, an opinion, a piece of work, is ready to be spoken or shown, whether or not it feels finished.
Inside 2946, the 2 carries patience with timing that can't be forced. The 9 adds the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open. The 4 brings the unglamorous work that decides whether something lasts.
The working, shown
2 + 9 + 4 + 6 = 21, and 2 + 1 = 3.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The timing of the sightings is the real clue. A creative or expressive impulse keeps knocking, and keeps getting postponed by practicality. The number opens with the 2, and everything after it borrows that tone: timing you cannot hurry.

Is 2946 a good sign?
It is a marker, and it carries no blessing and no threat. The number names a live theme and hands it to you. Whether it turns out well has everything to do with your answer and nothing to do with the digits.
Does seeing 2946 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 2946 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
