You've seen 2857 twice today already: a bus number and an email subject line. The 2 is balance and the 8 is power, which means both are live at once. Twenty two is building at scale, so check whether the plan you are carrying is bigger than the week you actually have.
What 2857 means
22 is a master number: the builder, carrying the practical discipline of 4 at a much larger scale. It's vision paired with the patience to lay every brick. When a number reduces to 22, you're being asked to think bigger and act steadier, at the same time.
Inside 2857, the 2 carries patience with timing that can't be forced. The 8 adds the honest use of strength and the results that follow it. The 5 brings the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you.
The working, shown
2 + 8 + 5 + 7 = 22. 22 is a master number, so it keeps its full strength here.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
There is usually a live question underneath a sighting like this. A master 22 theme means the plan is bigger than your current willingness to build it, and the number keeps appearing at the gap. Read it from the front and the 2 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: timing you cannot hurry.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 2857 shows up
Put one real brick under the big vision, this week, at the scale you keep calling unrealistic. The sighting hands you the 2 question directly. Where are you forcing something that needs time? Put it in the calendar with a day and a time.

Is 2857 a good sign?
It is a message about attention, and it says nothing final about your future. A number can point at a beginning, a warning, or a closing chapter, and none of those are automatically good or bad. What matters is what you do with the pattern it names.
Does seeing 2857 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 2857 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
