The sightings of 1796 pile up: a till display and a door number. The 1 pushes initiation and the 7 pushes wisdom, and they land in the same days. Five is freedom, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 1796 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 1796, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 7 adds the answer that arrives once the noise drops. The 9 brings the closing of a chapter so a cleaner one can open.
The working, shown
1 + 7 + 9 + 6 = 23, and 2 + 3 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
This number tends to arrive at a particular kind of moment. A change is already moving under the surface, and the sightings arrive when you grip the old shape harder. The lead digit is the 1, and it frames what follows: a beginning that has not been given a name yet.

Is 1796 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 1796 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 1796 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
