You catch 1602 more often than chance allows: a timestamp and a page number. What you are dealing with is initiation from the 1 and care from the 6, and they arrive together. The zero turns the volume up on both. Nine is completion, so finish the one thing that has been sitting at ninety percent.
What 1602 means
The 9 is completion: the closing of a chapter to make space for something that could not exist while the old one was still open. When a number reduces to 9, something in your life is finished, even if you've not formally closed it.
Inside 1602, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 6 adds home, and the people who depend on you. The 2 brings patience with timing that can't be forced. The 0 does not speak for itself. It turns up the digit next to it.
The working, shown
1 + 6 + 0 + 2 = 9.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
There is usually a live question underneath a sighting like this. The theme is release: a circle has completed, and holding the shape of it costs you daily. The final digit is the 2, where the message lands: timing you cannot hurry.
What to do when you see it
Your assignment when 1602 shows up
Release one thing you have outgrown, actively, not just by ignoring it. The 2 in the number asks you this. Where are you forcing something that needs time? Tell one person what you decided, so it has a witness.

Is 1602 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 1602 mean my wish will come true?
Not quite. The sighting is not a yes machine. It is a mirror, and what it reflects is what you were wanting when you caught it. That wants an action, and it won't wait.
Is 1602 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
