1523 finds you in ordinary places: a screen and a parking ticket. The 1 pushes initiation and the 5 pushes freedom, and they land in the same days. Eleven is intuition at full volume, so write down the first answer you had before you talked yourself out of it.
What 1523 means
11 is a master number: intuition running at a higher volume than the ordinary 2 it's built from. It carries insight that arrives faster than logic can explain it. When a number reduces to 11, your instincts deserve more weight than your second-guessing.
Inside 1523, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 5 adds the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you. The 2 brings patience with timing that can't be forced.
The working, shown
1 + 5 + 2 + 3 = 11. 11 is a master number, so it keeps its full strength here.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
Sightings cluster around a live theme, and this one is no exception. The theme is illumination: something is being shown to you clearly, and the pattern repeats because you keep dimming it. The final digit is the 3, where the message lands: expression, which is a thought asking to be shared.

Is 1523 a good sign?
It is a message about attention, and it says nothing final about your future. A number can point at a beginning, a warning, or a closing chapter, and none of those are automatically good or bad. What matters is what you do with the pattern it names.
Does seeing 1523 mean my wish will come true?
No, and reading it that way tends to make people passive. The honest use of a repeating number is noticing what you were thinking about when it appeared, then making an actual decision yourself.
Is 1523 connected to my Life Path number?
Only in the loosest sense. Angel number sightings speak to attention, timing and theme. Your core numbers are a different layer entirely, the architecture, and reading them together is where the picture gets useful.
