You've seen 1517 twice today already: a bus number and an email subject line. The 1 carries initiation and the 5 adds freedom, so the two keep working on the same week. The total lands on 5 as well, so look at what you have been holding still that wants to move.
What 1517 means
The 5 is change: movement, freedom, the lesson that arrives through experience, not through planning. When a number reduces to 5, a routine has likely done what it came to do, and something in you already knows it's time for a different shape.
Inside 1517, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 5 adds the open door that appears once a routine has finished teaching you. The 7 brings the answer that arrives once the noise drops.
The working, shown
1 + 5 + 1 + 7 = 14, and 1 + 4 = 5.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
The honest answer starts close to home. Something has finished teaching what it came to teach, and the number keeps appearing because you have not let it end. Read it from the front and the 1 leads, so the rest borrows its tone: a beginning that has not been given a name yet.

Is 1517 a good sign?
Neither good nor bad. A sighting describes the terrain you are standing on. The same number can greet a beginning or stand near an ending, and the difference is always what you decide to do with it.
Does seeing 1517 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 1517 connected to my Life Path number?
No, not directly. A number you keep seeing is about the present moment and your attention, which is what is alive right now. Your Life Path, Expression and other core numbers are calculated from your birth name and birth date, and they describe the fixed architecture you are working with underneath the weather of any single day.
