1228 has a way of landing in plain sight: a booking confirmation and a mileage counter. There is initiation in the 1 and balance in the 2, and neither one runs without the other. Four is foundation, so find the routine you have been skipping and do the boring version of it tomorrow.
What 1228 means
The 4 is the number of foundations: structure, discipline, the parts of a life that aren't exciting but are the reason everything else stands up. When a number reduces to 4, it's rarely a sign to start something new. It's a sign to finish, tighten, or properly build something you already started.
Inside 1228, the 1 carries the spark of a beginning before it has a structure. The 2 adds patience with timing that can't be forced. The 8 brings the honest use of strength and the results that follow it.
The working, shown
1 + 2 + 2 + 8 = 13, and 1 + 3 = 4.
Every number in this system is read the same honest way: add the digits, reduce, and check whether a master number (11, 22 or 33) is trying to hold its full shape along the way.
Why you keep seeing it
A number keeps arriving until the theme it names gets an honest look. The pattern keeps pointing at what holds your life upright, because something in there needs reinforcing. The number opens with the 1, and everything after it borrows that tone: a beginning that has not been given a name yet.

Is 1228 a good sign?
It is a message about attention, and it says nothing final about your future. A number can point at a beginning, a warning, or a closing chapter, and none of those are automatically good or bad. What matters is what you do with the pattern it names.
Does seeing 1228 mean my wish will come true?
A number is not a delivery system for wishes. What it can do is show you what you were hoping for at the moment you noticed it, which is worth more than the wish itself.
Is 1228 connected to my Life Path number?
A sighting is a moment and your chart is a standing structure. The number following you says something about your season, and your Life Path and the rest of your numbers, hand calculated from your birth name and birth date, describe what you are working with underneath every season.
